BENEFITS OF TEAM TRAINING & FACILITATION
Bring Your Team Closer Together To Achieve Their Greatest Potential.
You want your team to excel and work together to achieve your highest goals. But traditional training efforts can fail to bring the desired results for several reasons. That’s why I’ve designed my programs to help your team unite and overcome common hurdles. Far from a one-size-fits-all solution, I tailor your training and retreats to meet your leaders where they are.

Workshop
Immunity to Change™ Workshop
You’ve got professional improvement goals. But even the most motivated leaders can fail to make their goals stick when they have powerful competing commitments that undermine progress. For example, I’ve seen clients who want to delegate more to scale their impact, but don’t realize this goal conflicts with their commitment to being seen as the person who can "do it all.”
Left unexamined, your competing commitments—and mindsets, beliefs, and assumptions—can limit your capacity for long-term behavior change and compromise your ability to lead through complexity.
In this half-day interactive workshop, participants will explore a critical behavioral improvement goal and work to uncover long-held, personal assumptions that hinder individual and collective progress.

My first-hand experience leading multidisciplinary, global organizations sets me apart from many coaches. I understand the dynamics of complex, high-achieving teams because I lived them myself as a leader at Google during the COVID-19 pandemic and through AI disruption.
Work environments today are incredibly pressurized, and so many things get in the way of leaders delivering at their highest potential. Because I’ve faced these issues myself, I’m fully prepared to challenge and guide leaders through:
• Motivating an organization and leadership team during cycles of disruption and uncertainty
• Building a sense of belonging across a distributed workforce
• Sustaining productivity and morale during reductions in force, burnout, and significant strategy shifts
• Retaining great talent amidst volatility in the sector and the world
• Driving collaboration across cultures and boundaries within highly matrixed organizations that often had conflicting goals
