What I Do
I Empower Mission-Driven Leaders To Achieve Their Highest Purpose.
ABOUT Me
I’ve Learned By Doing
Your career comes with challenges. I can relate.
On top of my extensive training to become a certified coach, I’ve also spent years in the field leading complex global organizations at companies including Google. I’ve guided teams purposefully through massive growth, pandemic uncertainty, layoffs, and reorgs, and these experiences have given me the empathy and skills to guide clients through their toughest challenges.
I've also taken many of the same risks my clients face. I've switched careers, gone back to school after a decade away, moved abroad, relocated cross-country, learned to balance life as a step-parent, and given up a dream job to care for a sick relative.
At so many points, I've had to ask the same hard questions my clients ask themselves: What matters most to me? What am I willing to fight for? What do I need to let go of? How do I move forward from here?
I have a strong intuition and a high EQ, which I use to build trust and discover common ground with my clients. At the same time, I’ve been through challenges and come out stronger, so I’m not afraid to challenge others in pursuit of discovery and growth.

Credentials
My Journey To Coaching
Throughout my decades of experience leading teams at Google, Oracle, and nonprofits, one key lesson stood out—leaders and teams need greater investment in their development to be prepared to navigate the complexities of today's workforce.
Even the best leaders and most productive teams are not immune to performance, motivation, collaboration, or belonging challenges. This is especially true of professionals in service-oriented fields. So many of my clients commit their lives to missions that support and uplift others, often without recognizing the value of investing in their own growth and fulfillment.
Living these challenges inspired me to hire an executive coach. Coaching helped me:
Prioritize my well-being over my workaholism
Redefine my purpose for the next chapter of my life
Recommit to my passions and my roots of service to others
Overcome self-limiting beliefs and assumptions
Earn a long-sought-after promotion
Take more risks in my decision-making
Have courageous conversations with employees
Build more resilient and connected teams
I became a coach to empower others to achieve the business and personal goals critical to their performance and fulfillment. I’m here to help you transform your work and life through reflective, personalized coaching. I’m committed to providing a supportive and challenging experience that builds on your strengths, clarifies your vision, and holds you accountable for taking action.
My passion for coaching and helping others has been deeply influenced by my experience with organizations committed to public service. I’m proud of my past work as a management consultant guiding complex leadership groups in nonprofit, healthcare, and philanthropy to work through their high-stakes environmental and social challenges. I’ve also volunteered with the International Rescue Committee and served as the board president of a nonprofit committed to teaching English to immigrants and refugees.
When I'm not coaching, you can find me reading, mountain biking, skiing, or planning outdoor adventures with my husband, two stepsons, and friends. I live in Seattle, Washington, USA, and work with clients worldwide.
